The staff community is a diverse one made up of over 100 teaching staff and over 80 non-teaching. All staff are required to support the Christian ethos of the school – however their own backgrounds are wide ranging.
The Twyford CofE Academies Trust was formed in October 2011. The Trust is comprised of Twyford CofE High School, William Perkin CofE High School and Ealing Fields High School and has approval to open a further school, Ada Lovelace CofE High School (formerly known as North Twyford CofE High School) which is opening in September 2018.
The schools are under the ultimate authority of a Board of Directors whose job it is to ensure that the vision and values of the Trust are lived up to at each school.
