35 hours/week, 40 weeks/year
2 Year Fixed-term Contract (2022 to 2024) with the scope to extend

Teach West London is the Teaching School Hub for the four London boroughs of Ealing, Harrow, Hillingdon and Hounslow. The Teach West London Teaching School Hub is based at Twyford CofE High School which is the founding school of the Twyford CofE Academies Trust. Working in collaboration with the DfE and a network of expert local partners across the four boroughs, the Teaching School Hub is responsible for delivering the ‘golden thread’ of professional development spanning Initial Teacher Training (ITT), the Early Career Framework (ECF) and National Professional Qualifications (NPQs). The Teaching School Hub NPQ & CPD Administrator will support the operational systems within the Hub by following and maintaining processes for attendance reporting, collating and analysing feedback, creating reports and responding the queries. The role will be varied and busy, so the ability to work professionally under pressure to meet deadlines and operate flexibly within the changing needs of the Hub is essential.
Successful Candidates will have:
- An excellent standard of written English
- Excellent ICT and organisational skills
- Experience / knowledge of managing online booking systems
- Experience of working with data and creating reports
- Customer service experience
- A professional attitude and excellent attendance
