William Perkin hosted the RAF Central Band yesterday and what a day it was!

60 wind, brass and percussion players (including 11 percussionists, 4 bassoons, 3 tubas and 2 base guitars) from across the Trust had an incredible day which started with a concert by the Central Band of the RAF. The concert was attended by William Perkin Year 7 and 8 students. This was followed by sectional side-by-side rehearsals and culminated in a joint concert at the end of the day to students, staff and families. It was a spectacular opportunity for our musicians and students.
