The Twyford Church of England Academies Trust is pleased to announce the appointment of the Revd David Brammer as Trust Chaplain. He will be licenced by the Venerable Duncan Green, Archdeacon of Northolt at 3pm on Monday 30th October 2017, during the Trust Staff Conference at William Perkin CofE High School.
Father David is well known to the Trust, having previously held the post of part-time Chaplain at Twyford CofE High School from 2002-2009. Since 2014 Father David has worked for the Hertfordshire Young Homeless charity, with particular responsibility for teenagers and young adults.
Chair of Directors Andrew Bickley said, “We are delighted to welcome Father David back to head the chaplaincy team. The Trust is leading in the development of chaplaincy practice and SMSC provision nationally so this position provides an exciting context to contribute to an emergent ministry sector.”
All three Trust schools look forward to welcoming Father David at school services when he takes up his post after half term.
Further to the recent consultation, a vote in favour by both Ealing Fields governors and Twyford Directors and approval by the Department of Education, we were delighted to welcome Ealing Fields as the newest school in the Twyford CofE Academies Trust family on 1 September 2017. We will be working hard with the staff team to establish the very best opportunities for students at Ealing Fields as it moves into its second year of operation as well as pressing ahead with the exciting plans for the school's permanent site on Little Ealing Lane.
